[b]Download[/b] the skin and [b]extract[/b] the file (using either [url="http://7-zip.org/download.html"]7-Zip for Windows[/url] or [url="https://code.google.com/p/theunarchiver/downloads/list"]The Unarchiver for Mac[/url]).
Step 2
[b]Move[/b] the extracted folder "[b]alavanja 15 fmc dark[/b]" into your skins folder:

Win Vista/7/8: C:\Users\<username>\Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2015\skins
Win XP: C:\Documents and Settings\<username>\My Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2015\skins
Mac OS X: /Users/<username>/Documents/Sports Interactive/Football Manager 2015/skins

[b]Create the folder "skins" if it doesn't exist.[/b]
Step 3
Start the game and go to [b]Preferences[/b] screen and [b]Interface[/b] tab.
You should see "[b]Alavanja 15 FMC Dark[/b]" as option in the skin drop down of the Overview box.
Hit the [b]Confirm[/b] button.
